From January to June 2020, the total trade volume of Zhengzhou's cross-border e-commerce was US$6.54 billion, a year-on-year increase of 12.6%. E-commerce covered more than 190 countries and regions.

In particular, during the global spread of COVID-19, Zhengzhou promoted innovation of the "Online Silk Road", driving the coordinated and efficient development of the Aerial Silk Road, Overland Silk Road and Maritime Silk Road in Henan Province.

On September 7th, data from the Henan Bonded Logistics Center showed that from January to August, the center's import and export orders totaled 43,875,700, a year-on-year increase of 19.66 percent, with a value of 7.4 billion yuan, up 34.89 percent year on year. Among them, export orders amounted to 36,583,200, a year-on-year growth of 226.03 percent, with a value of 6.25 billion yuan, up 389.98% year on year.

At 0:13:43 a.m. on July 1 st, the operation modes of "9710" (applicable to goods directly exported by cross-border e-commerce B2B) and "9810" (applicable to goods exported to overseas warehouses by cross-border e-commerce) and customs declaration passed the inspection of Zhengzhou Customs. It marked the official launch of the cross-border e-commerce B2B export pilot program in Henan Province. As of August1 st, Zhengzhou Customs had accepted a total of 46,900 "9710" and "9810" lists and customs declarations, with a value of 92,819,800 yuan.
7月1日零时13分43秒，郑州海关“9710”（跨境电商B2B直接出口）和“9810”（跨境电商出口海外仓）清单及报关单作业模式全部通关成功，这标志着河南跨境电商B2B出口试点业务正式启动。截至8月1日，试点运行首月，郑州海关受理“9710”“9810”清单及报关单共4.69万票，货值9281.98万元。
As one of the ten customs, China's first cross-border e-commerce B2B export pilots, Zhengzhou Customs has achieved "one-to-one" quick solutions for business problems, with priority being given to the inspection of cross-border e-commerce exports, so as to ensure "zero delay" in customs clearance.

Among the goods sold around the world through the Online Silk Road are not only those products from Henan, but also large quantities of goods from major industrial belts around the country. By establishing the cross-border export supply-chain service system globally, the Henan Bonded Logistics Center has solved problems in cross-border e-commerce export customs, international transportation, overseas customs, and overseas "last kilometer" delivery.
在“网上丝绸之路”卖全球的货物中，不仅有河南本土货物，还有来自全国主要产业带的大量货物。河南保税物流中心通过在全球范围内建立跨境出口供应链服务体系，破解了跨境电商出口关务、国际运输、境外关务、境外“最后一公里”派送等难题。

Henan Bonded Logistics Center has launched three international chartered special lines for cross-border e-commerce from Zhengzhou to Liege, New York, and Los Angeles, which have been serving cross-border exporters at cost. As of August 31st, there had been 281 flights carrying about 17,000 tons of cargo worth 3.6 billion yuan, covering 35 countries and regions in Europe and the United States.

While constantly improving the service system for the global cross-border export supply chain, the "Online Silk Road" network continues to expand and evolve.

Not long ago, Henan Bonded Logistics Center reached a strategic cooperation agreement with China Electronic Chamber of Commerce and Shenzhen Zongteng Group in international cargo charter flights, overseas warehouse construction, domestic and overseas customs, cross-border e-commerce supply chain, etc. to jointly promote the development of international logistics lines and the upgrading of cross-border supply chains.
近日，河南保税物流中心与中国电子商会、深圳纵腾集团等达成战略合作，围绕国际货运包机、海外仓建设、境内外关务、跨境电商供应链等领域，共同推动国际物流专线建设和跨境供应链升级。

Henan Bonded Logistics Center manages ten comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce in Nanning, Guiyang and Kunming, and has established 8 overseas warehouse service centers in Los Angeles, Liege and Budapest. It has built cross-border O2O new retail centers such as South Gate (Nanning), North Gate (Inner Mongolia), West Gate (Chengdu), Golden Gate (Kunming) and Qian Gate (Guiyang), and established the ecological system of "100 parks (industry cluster), 1000 warehouses (global logistics system) and 10,000 stores (global community)" all over the world, so as to achieve "global selling".
